At Black Fit, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth return and exchange experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase due to size or any other valid reason, you may request a return or exchange within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.
If a prepaid order is undelivered due to customer refusal, and a refund is requested, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges (approximately ₹120, depending on the state).
The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days after processing.
If you wish to exchange your product (e.g., due to size issues), you must courier the product on the same day of delivery.
The product should be returned with its original tag and packaging to the return address mentioned on the courier slip.
Once we receive your courier, the exchanged product will be shipped within 10 days.
Note: The customer is responsible for all courier charges associated with sending the product for exchange.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality or fit of your purchase, you may return the product by couriering it with the original tag and packaging to the address provided on the courier slip.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is returned safely. Black Fit is not liable for any damage during transit.
Once the product is received in acceptable condition, the order amount will be refunded via online transaction.
If the payment was made online, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If the order was placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), the customer must provide bank account details for the refund.
Note: The 10-day Return Policy is applicable from the date of delivery. Courier charges for returns must be paid by the customer.
Products purchased during promotions such as BUY 2 GET 1 FREE or during stock clearance sales are not eligible for return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
Tags and packaging must be intact.
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
