At Black Fit, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the details of our shipping policy below:

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of successful payment.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • No processing is done on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time ranges between 5 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than the standard timeframe.

  • Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email for real-time updates on your order.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

  • Shipping charges vary based on location and package weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for select pin codes.

  • An additional fee of ₹50 per COD order applies.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • Black Fit is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your order. Please read the guidelines below:

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.

  • To cancel an order, contact us via:

  • Full refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • If you wish to cancel after dispatch, you may refuse the delivery.

  • Upon return of the product, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges (approx. ₹120).

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders placed under promotions, discounts, or clearance sales cannot be canceled or changed.

  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.

Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • COD Orders: No refund applies since payment is not made in advance.
